IMPLEMENTASI METODE BIL QOLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QUR’AN DI MADRASAH AL-QUR’AN BA MURTADLA SINGOSARI MALANG

The goal of this study is to: (1) determine the effectiveness of the Bil Qolam technique in increasing students' capacity to read the Quran at Madrasah Al-Qur'an BA Murtadla. (2) Identify the variables that will help and hinder the adoption of the Bil Qolam technique in the institution. To attain the aforementioned goals, a qualitative research design using a descriptive method is adopted. Methodologies for collecting the data include observation, interviews, and documentation.The findings of this study indicate that the Bil Qolam technique is implemented in three steps at Madrasah Al-Qur'an BA Murtadla: the placement exam as the basis for class formation, teaching and learning based on the five pillars of Bil Qolam, and assessment to measure student learning outcomes. Fulfilling the five pillars of Bil Qolam, practical textbooks, alumni support for institutions, pleasant classrooms, and qualified principals in the field of studying the Bil Qolam method are among the supporting aspects. The restricting elements are pupils' lack of discipline, guardians' lack of knowledge, the existence of disorderly teachers, and a lack of sufficient infrastructure for learning instruments.
